On September 5, 2026, the Junior Institute of Managers and Accountants (JIMA) successfully held ELEVATE: A COB Leadership Training 2026, bringing together participants for a meaningful day centered on leadership, teamwork, and personal growth.
The training featured Hon. Nathalie Ann "Lee Ann" F. Debuque, Vice Governor of the Province of Iloilo, as the guest speaker, who shared valuable insights on effective leadership, responsibility, and service.
Participants also took part in engaging team-building activities, including the Longest Line and Find Your Team Through Animal Sounds. These activities encouraged communication, collaboration, adaptability, and camaraderie among participants from different clusters.
More than just a training, ELEVATE provided an opportunity to strengthen leadership skills, build meaningful connections, and foster a greater sense of teamwork and responsibility.
Through this initiative, JIMA continues to provide opportunities that empower students to become leaders who lead with purpose, serve with integrity, and inspire others to grow.
