ILOILO CITY — “Non-readmission” ukon indi na ma-reenroll sa amo nga eskwelahan sa first offense, samtang “exclusion” ukon gilayon nga pagkakas sa school rolls sa second offense, ang mga penalty sa mga estudyante nga madakpan nga nagagamit sang illegal nga druga sa sulod sang eskwelahan ukon nagadala sang deadly weapons pareho sang kutsilyo.

Ini may kaangtanan sa duha ka separado nga insidente sa A. Bonifacio Integrated School sa City Proper kon diin tatlo ka estudyante ang nadakpan nga nagagamit sang ma*****na sa sulod sang CR sa eskwelahan, samtang may duha nga nakuhaan sang kutsilyo kag balisong.

Base sa Guidelines on Ensuring a Safe and Motivating Learning Environment (ESMLE) sang Department of Education, nalakip sa third level offenses ang kapareho nga mga buluhaton sang estudyante.

Ginakabig nga “more severe or complex” nga mga insidente ang third level offenses kag nagakinahanglan sang mataas nga lebel sang intervention.

Ginakabig man ang mga third level offenses nga indi na masolbar sa lebel sang eskwelahan, gani kinahanglan na sang intervention sang mas mataas nga otoridad.

Upod nga penalty sa non-readmission sa first offense kag exclusion sa second offense ang pagtugyan sang mga kaso sa PNP kag DSWD.

Ang mga manunudlo naman nga magahimo sang kapareho nga akto ang magapangatubang sang administrative sanction.
