SUSPENSION OF CLASSES

In compliance with the announcement of City Mayor Raisa Treñas on the suspension of face-to-face classes across all levels tomorrow, November 25, 2025, due to inclement weather brought about by Tropical Depression Verbena, alternative modes of learning shall be implemented.

All Deans and Principal are to monitor the conduct of online, asynchronous or modular classes and shall submit the same to the Office of Academic Affairs.

Regular office work shall continue to accommodate transactions.

In accordance with the AQAS (Accreditation, Quality Assurance, and Students In-charge) memorandum based on the IDC official student handbook uniform and grooming policies, IDC-BED will begin 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 of the uniform and grooming policy on 𝗡𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟳, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱.

This will ensure consistency, promote discipline, and uphold the standards that reflect our identity as one IDC-BED. These policies help create an environment where every learner is able to represent the school with respect and pride.

📍𝙆𝙚𝙮 𝙥𝙤𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙨 𝙩𝙤 𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙢𝙗𝙚𝙧:
* Wear the complete uniform
* Follow grooming rules such as proper haircut for boys
* Avoid prohibited hairstyles/accessories.

SUSPENSION OF CLASSES AND OFFICE OPERATIONS

Due to the inclement weather brought about by Super Typhoon Uwan, face to face classes in all levels are suspended on November 10 and 11, 2025 as per Memorandum Circular No. 106 by the Office of the President and Iloilo City Mayor Raisa Treñas.

Alternative delivery modes of learning will be implemented. Deans and Principal are to monitor learning outputs as well as coordinate make-up classes as needed.

Office work is also suspended tomorrow Nov 10, 2025 but will resume on Tuesday, Nov 11, 2025.

SUSPENSION OF CLASSES AND OFFICE OPERATIONS

In view of the anticipated impact of Typhoon Tino, face-to-face classes at all levels shall remain suspended Tuesday, November 4 and Wednesday, November 5, 2025.

Alternative learning modes will be implemented and all Deans and Principal are to monitor learning outputs.

Programs with Related Learning Experience (RLE) and clinical duties under faculty supervision will be at the direction of the respective Deans and their affiliate agencies.

Office and administrative units will be CLOSED tomorrow, Tuesday, November 4, 2025.

A skeletal workforce from the Buildings and Grounds, Maintenance and Security offices will be onsite to safeguard the campuses.
