To ensure a smooth, orderly, and secure conduct of the licensure examination, all examinees are reminded to STRICTLY OBSERVE the following:

โข Bring only one (1) long transparent plastic envelope for your valuables and allowed examination materials.
โข Place packed meals, snacks, fruits, and necessary medications, hygiene items, and sanitary kits in transparent containers or clear cellophane.
โข Bring drinking water only in a clear, label-free plastic bottle.
โข Review the applicable Program of Examination and bring only the documents, supplies, and other items specifically allowed for your profession.
โ DONโTS
โข Do not bring cellular phones or electronic gadgets, including tablets, smart watches, earphones or earbuds, AI-enabled glasses, and similar devices.
โข Do not bring bags of any kind, including shoulder bags, attachรฉ cases, backpacks, tote bags, and even transparent bags.
โข Do not use opaque food or drink containers, such as carton lunch boxes, opaque plastic containers, tumblers, and flasks.
โข Do not bring more than one transparent plastic envelope or any item not authorized under the applicable Program of Examination.
Please comply with these requirements before arriving at the examination venue. The Commission and examination personnel shall not be responsible for the safekeeping of prohibited or unattended personal belongings.
