A meaningful day of giving as we shared school supplies with the kindergarten pupils of Guibuangan, Tigbauan, Cabatuan, Iloilo. Through the collaboration of 𝗣𝗔𝗢𝗖𝗖𝗧-𝗢𝗦𝗜𝗡, 𝗦𝗔𝗞𝗠𝗔 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗟𝗔𝗣𝗜𝗦𝗚𝗨𝗜𝗟𝗗 together with 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝘁. 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗚. 𝗥𝗲𝘆𝗲𝘀, we continue to inspire young minds and build a brighter tomorrow.

Celebrating the true heroes of the global economy! Today, we honor the millions of seafarers who spend months away from their families to ensure the world keeps moving. From the food on our tables to the technology in our hands, we owe so much to your tireless dedication. Thank you for your resilience and sacrifice.

𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟐𝟑, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, the Samahan ng Kabataang Marino ng Aklan held it’s first general meeting together with 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝘁. 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗚. 𝗥𝗲𝘆𝗲𝘀.

Annual programs and the upcoming activities were discussed. The said meeting also served as an avenue to get to know the new members of the organization, fostering camaraderie and strengthening brotherhood ties.

We are honored to have you with us as we continue our commitment to promoting excellence, safety, and professional development among Aklanon youth in the maritime sector. On April 19, 2026, a meaningful tree planting activity was successfully carried out in Brgy. Guibuangan, Cabatuan through the collaboration of PAOCCT-OSIN and the Samahan ng Kabataang Marino ng Aklan (SAKMA).

This activity is a reflection of our common dedication to community involvement, environmental preservation, and a brighter future.

𝑺𝑨𝑲𝑴𝑨 𝒊𝒏 𝑨𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏! 𝑮𝒊𝒗𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒃𝒂𝒄𝒌 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒔𝒉𝒐𝒘𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒍𝒐𝒗𝒆 𝒕𝒐 𝑵𝒂𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒆 𝒂𝒔 𝒂 𝒄𝒆𝒍𝒆𝒃𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏.

To kick off the JBLFMU 78th Foundation Week, volunteers from SAKMA (Samahan ng mga Kabataang Marino ng Aklan) took part in a meaningful coastline clean-up drive, joined by Lacsonians faculty members and students together with their respective groups.

As part of their preliminary activities, they headed to the shore to collect and dispose waste and plastics that are threats to the environment. As lovers of the sea and conquerors of heavy waves, their calling is beyond navigation, it is a commitment to serve both land and water. Showing true essence of service, responsibility, promoting good influence to the youth.
