The 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗻 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 (𝗦𝗥-𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗘𝗟𝗘𝗖) officially announced the 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 for the 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲–𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟳 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, highlighting a 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗲 between Aris John C. Caceres of the 𝗕𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘆 and Jemer S. Taguibe of the 𝗔𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗸𝗮𝗱𝗮 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘆, both Bachelor of Science in Agriculture students.

The 𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗲 features a field of 𝟭𝟮 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀, 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝟭𝟭 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘆 and 𝟭 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗔𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗸𝗮𝗱𝗮 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘆.

While these candidates successfully navigated the screening and evaluation process, the commission also confirmed that 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗮𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 during the 𝘃𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲.

𝐁𝐞𝐚𝐭, 𝐀𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐤𝐚𝐝𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐒𝐞𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐑 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐰𝐝𝐨𝐰𝐧

As preparations for the 𝗦𝗥 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 begin, the 𝗜𝗹𝗼𝗶𝗹𝗼 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗟𝗲𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀 – 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗻 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 (𝗦𝗥-𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗘𝗟𝗘𝗖) has finalized and published the 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀, with two political parties fielding their respective slates for the highest student leadership positions.

Leading the race is the 𝗕.𝗘.𝗔.𝗧. (𝗕𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀, 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆) 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘆, headed by presidential candidate 𝗔𝗿𝗶𝘀 𝗝𝗼𝗵𝗻 𝗔. 𝗖𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 vice presidential candidate 𝗟𝗲𝘄𝗶𝘀 𝗕𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗔. 𝗩𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗮, alongside 𝟭𝟭-𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲.

Challenging them is the 𝗔.𝗥.𝗔.𝗡.𝗚.𝗞.𝗔.𝗗.𝗔. (𝗔𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗡𝘂𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲, 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲) 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘆, bannered by presidential candidate 𝗝𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗦. 𝗧𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗯𝗲 and vice presidential candidate 𝗖𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗟𝘆𝗻 𝗖. 𝗚𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲, with 𝗔𝘀𝗵𝗹𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗲 𝗕. 𝗕𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗼 representing the party in the senatorial race.

With both parties now officially in the running, the upcoming elections are poised to become a defining moment in shaping the future of student leadership and governance

The filing of the Certificate of Candidacy (COC) for the Student Republic has been extended until April 23, 2026.

• Accomplished COC Form
• Scanned copy of School ID (front and back)

All aspiring candidates must:
• Have no failing grade (5.0)
• Have no INC, based on the 1st Semester, A.Y. 2025–2026 transcript record

𝗝𝗨𝗦𝗧 𝗜𝗡 | IMPLEMENTATION OF FLEXIBLE LEARNING ARRANGEMENTS UNDER AN ALTERNATING WEEKLY SCHEDULE

Pursuant to CHED Memorandum from the Office of the Chairperson No. 117, series of 2026, regarding the implementation of flexible learning during the national energy emergency, the ISAT University System shall adopt the following learning arrangements under an alternating weekly schedule effective April 13, 2026:

𝟭. 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝟭: 𝗙𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗢𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆
● Lecture classes shall be conducted entirely via synchronous or asynchronous online platforms.
● Laboratory courses shall be conducted online (synchronous or asynchronous). Activities shall be limited to computational exercises, report writing, or online simulations, where applicable.

𝟮. 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝟮: 𝗢𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗢𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 (𝗛𝘆𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗱)
● Lecture classes shall generally be conducted online; however, in person sessions may be held on campus if mutually agreed upon by the instructor and students.
● Assessments: All exams and quizzes shall be conducted onsite. Faculty should schedule these during this week.
● Laboratory classes shall be conducted onsite at the campus.

𝟯. 𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸𝘀:
This alternating sequence (Week 1/Week 2) shall continue until the end of the semester. Specific guidelines for the Final Examination shall be provided in a separate memorandum.
