SUSPENSION OF FACE-TO-FACE CLASSES

In accordance with local government declarations, face to face classes in all levels are suspended on February 25, 26 & 27, 2026 in line with Iloilo City's hosting of the 49th High Level Task Force on ASEAN Economic Integration.

Classes shall shift to modular or alternative modes of instruction. Clinical areas shall proceed as scheduled. Likewise with previously approved academic or non-academic events or programs.

Students are to coordinate with their advisers for instructions and updates. Deans and department heads are also to monitor the conduct of said classes to ensure continuity of learning.

All offices will remain open on the abovementioned dates.

SUSPENSION OF CLASSES AND OFFICE OPERATIONS

Due to the inclement weather brought about by Super Typhoon Uwan, face to face classes in all levels are suspended on November 10 and 11, 2025 as per Memorandum Circular No. 106 by the Office of the President and Iloilo City Mayor Raisa Treñas.

Alternative delivery modes of learning will be implemented. Deans and Principal are to monitor learning outputs as well as coordinate make-up classes as needed.

Office work is also suspended tomorrow Nov 10, 2025 but will resume on Tuesday, Nov 11, 2025.
