SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Storm "MAYMAY" {KUJIRA} was estimated based on all available data at 170 km West of Bacnotan, La Union (16.7°N, 118.8°E) with maximum sustained winds of 65 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 80 km/h. It is moving Southeastward slowly. Southwest Monsoon affecting Southern Luzon and the western section of Visayas.

FORECAST:
Occidental Mindoro, Antique, Iloilo, Guimaras, and Palawan including Kalayaan Islands will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to Southwest Monsoon.
The rest of Visayas will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to Localized Thunderstorms.

Visayas, Palawan including Kalayaan Islands, and Occidental Mindoro will experience moderate to strong winds from the Southwest with moderate to rough seas.

Posting of the Tiu Cho Teg – Ana Ros Foundation Integrated Farm School Procurement Monitoring Report (PMR) for the First Semester of Calendar Year 2026, as of June 30, 2026, pursuant to Republic Act No. 12009, otherwise known as the New Government Procurement Act, particularly Section 42.1(k) of its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and GPPB-TSO Advisory No. 002, s. 2026, in compliance with government procurement transparency, accountability, and reporting requirements.

For 2026 procurement reporting, RA No. 12009 and its IRR are the more current primary legal references. The GPPB advisory also requires the first-semester CY 2026 PMR to be approved by the Head of the Procuring Entity, accompanied by a Certificate of Posting, and submitted by the end of July 2026.
