The 1st School PTA General Assembly of Salihid National High School was successfully conducted with the active participation of parents, teachers, and school stakeholders. During the meeting, important matters concerning the scho ol and learners were discussed, including the Election of the New Set of General PTA Officers for School Year 2026–2027.

Updates regarding the Three-Term School Year, Strengthened Senior High School Program, ARAL Program, and the latest School and SSLG updates and activities were also presented to inform and engage the community. The assembly served as a venue for collaboration and open communication between the school and parents in support of quality education. Other concerns and suggestions were likewise addressed to strengthen partnership and ensure the continuous development of the school and its learners.

We are proud to announce the 8th Senior High School Commencement Exercises and Completion Ceremony to be held on March 30, 2026, at 8:00 AM at the Salihid NHS Gymnasium. This meaningful event celebrates the hard work, perseverance, and success of our graduating and completing learners. We are honored to have PFC Jonard C. Abelieto of the Philippine Army as our Inspirational Speaker, who will share words of motivation and encouragement. The ceremony will also be graced by our Confirmation Speaker, Mrs. Jean D. Parcon, Principal I of Salihid Elementary School, making the occasion even more special and memorable.

The COMELEC will conduct a Voters Satellite Registration on January 28, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Salihid National High School. All eligible registrants are encouraged to participate and ensure their voter records are updated or newly enrolled. Applicants must bring both the original and photocopy of their required documents for verification. These requirements include:
1. Government Identification Card
2. Birth Certificate for new registrants (15–18 years old)
3. Marriage Certificate for those who need to update their civil status

This activity aims to make the voter registration process more accessible and convenient for the community.

The school's scheduled date on National Administration of the 2025 Computer-Based National Career Assessment Examination (CB‑NCAE) was initially held on January 14, 2025, as part of the nationwide effort to assess learners’ career readiness and aptitude. However, due to system maintenance and an unexpected server shutdown, the administration of the exam was postponed and successfully carried out today, January 15, 2026. Despite these challenges and the technical glitches encountered on the original date, the examination concluded smoothly and fulfilled its objectives. The 2025 CB‑NCAE took place at the PeerZone Teen Center, which served as a conducive venue for all examinees. As a vital tool for guiding learners toward suitable academic and career pathways, the CB‑NCAE continues to play a significant role in shaping informed decisions for learners’ future pursuits.

Grade 10 learners showcased their readiness through the Computer-Based National Career Assessment Examination (C-B NCAE) Mock Test on January 7, 2025. This activity aimed to familiarize students with the digital format and enhance their confidence for the actual assessment. It marks an important step in guiding them toward informed career choices and future success.
