The official enrollment schedule for the 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗦𝗲𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿, 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲–𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟳 is now available.

All incoming first-year students are advised to carefully review the enrollment requirements and prepare the necessary documents before proceeding with enrollment. To ensure a smooth, orderly, and hassle-free process, kindly follow the Step-by-Step Enrollment Guide and strictly observe your designated enrollment schedule.

📅 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿:
The enrollment schedule contains specific dates for each academic program and year level. Please check the details carefully and report on your assigned schedule.

📌 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗗𝗼𝗰𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁-𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
✅ Medical Certificate
✅ Dental Certificate

To obtain your Medical Certificate, you must first undergo the following routine laboratory examinations:
• Urinalysis
• Fecalysis
• Complete Blood Count (CBC)
• Chest X-ray (PA View)

These laboratory examinations may be conducted at any government or private hospital, clinic, or accredited laboratory. Upon completion, present the results to a licensed physician for evaluation and interpretation. The physician will then issue your Medical Certificate.

For the Dental Certificate, please visit a licensed dentist in any government or private dental clinic for dental examination and certification.
