Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 114, s. 2026 issued by the Office of the President, directing government agencies to implement energy conservation protocols, and the OVPAA-OVPA Joint Memorandum No. 2026-01, s. 2026, the Office of the University Registrar (OUR) will adopt a four (4) days on-site work and one (1) day of no on-site work.
Under this arrangement, the OUR will be open to the public on the following schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday: NO ON-SITE WORK

The Deadline of Application for Graduation

Students with deficiencies in the Second Sem., AY 2024-2025 and First Sem., AY 2025-2026 are welcome to apply, provided that the removal/lacking requirements in their respective FICs are settled as soon as possible to clear their deficiencies and have their grades on or before April 15, 2026.
