The College of Management is honored to recognize the exemplary performance of our students in the Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Marketing), and Bachelor of Science in Management programs on this year’s Pagpadungog 2026: A College Recognition Program Honoring Academic Excellence and Co-Curricular Achievements.
We also welcome our esteemed guest speaker, Mr. Jayfel S. Decipulo, CDMP, MBA, Group Product Manager of San Miguel Corporation, and an alumnus from the BS in Business Administration (Marketing) program.
Pagpadungog 2026 will be on July 8, 2025 (Wednesday), 1:00 PM at the UPV Auditorium, Iloilo City.

The College of Management is now accepting nominations for the Most Outstanding Graduate for A.Y. 2025-2026.

The College of Management welcomes Dr. Reinald Adrian Pugoy, Associate Professor of Computer Science and Information Systems from the University of the Philippines Open University, as our plenary session speaker on the topic of Ethical Use of AI in Research for the 1st CM Undergraduate Research Colloquium this May 21, 2026 at 8:00 AM.

Dr. Pugoy serves as the Director of the UPOU ICT Development Office and joined UPOU in 2015 teaching graduate courses in Programming Languages and Artificial Intelligence. His academic background includes a PhD in Computer Science and Information Engineering from the National Cheng Kung University in Taiwan, supported by the Taiwan Ministry of Education Scholarship Award.

His research interests focus on Artificial Intelligence and Learning Management Systems. Since the emergence of ChatGPT and Generative AI in 2023, Dr. Pugoy has delivered about 50 keynote addresses and presentations at various universities, institutions, organizations, and conferences across the Philippines and Southeast Asia.

Given his expertise, Dr. Pugoy can provide valuable insights into the theoretical foundations of AI and its applications across various domains, particularly in education.

We are honored to learn more about AI in Research and valuable insights from Dr. Pugoy.

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 114, s. 2026 issued by the Office of the President, directing government agencies to implement energy conservation protocols, and the OVPAA-OVPA Joint Memorandum No. 2026-01, s. 2026, the Office of the University Registrar (OUR) will adopt a four (4) days on-site work and one (1) day of no on-site work.
Under this arrangement, the OUR will be open to the public on the following schedule:
