The Office of the College Secretary (CM) announces that 𝐚𝐥𝐥 regular and returning 𝐂𝐌 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 in the First Semester, AY 2026-2027 are 𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐯𝐞𝐲 immediately. Your responses will determine course offerings, including GE, PE, and other non-CM courses from partner colleges.

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 114, s. 2026 issued by the Office of the President, directing government agencies to implement energy conservation protocols, and the OVPAA-OVPA Joint Memorandum No. 2026-01, s. 2026, the Office of the University Registrar (OUR) will adopt a four (4) days on-site work and one (1) day of no on-site work.
Under this arrangement, the OUR will be open to the public on the following schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday: NO ON-SITE WORK

Attention Graduating Students:

The Deadline of Application for Graduation
is February 9, 2026, through the CRS https://crs.upv.edu.ph/
Students with deficiencies in the Second Sem., AY 2024-2025 and First Sem., AY 2025-2026 are welcome to apply, provided that the removal/lacking requirements in their respective FICs are settled as soon as possible to clear their deficiencies and have their grades on or before April 15, 2026.

The deadline of the Request to Change of Matriculation (ChangeMat) is January 26, 2026.
