Terms & Conditions for Registration and Payment

1. Participants should be able to submit RSVP through this link: https://createcards.io/rsvp/cb4bc2cfa3001eec4c3ede4a7489df54
2. Agreed payment is PHP 950 per head (for adults). Kids below 13 years old will have their food sponsored.
3. Kids should be registered when you submit your RSVP for us to prepare for their FREE food.
4. No last minute cancellation and payment is non-refundable. Payment will cover the venue, food, game and raffle prizes, souvenirs, etc.
5. We will not accept walk-ins on the 20th of January 2024. Please be mindful that this event needs preparation when it comes to food, souvenirs and alike.
6. Deadline of RSVP and Payment will be on October 31, 2023.
