This assembly will focus on the Preparation for University Hinampang 2026 and the Campus-Based Student Leadership Development Program (SLDP) 2026.

As my term comes to an end, I would like to take this opportunity to express my heartfelt gratitude to everyone who became part of my journey in the Council. Serving alongside all of you has been one of the most memorable and meaningful experiences of my college life, and I will forever cherish the memories, lessons, and friendships we built together.

To the offices of the Campus, especially the Office of the Campus Administrator, Finance Office, Administration Office, Academic Affairs Office, Office of Student Affairs (OSA), Procurement Office, and Supply Office, thank you so much for all your help, patience, and support for the Council. Your assistance behind every activity and program will always be appreciated.

To our former Deans of the College of Education, Dr. Glenn B. Latanga and Dr. Maria C. Lastimoza, thank you for your guidance and for extending your full support to the programs, activities, and initiatives of the COESC.

To our current Dean, Dr. Garry C. Cachuela, thank you so much for your guidance, encouragement, and valuable insights that helped me grow as a student and a leader.

To our former advisers, Ma’am Baltar and Sir Orofeo, thank you for your guidance, encouragement, and dedication in mentoring us. The knowledge, values, and experiences you shared with us have contributed greatly to our growth and development.

To our adviser, Ma’am Pastrana, thank you for your unwavering support, patience, and commitment to the Council. Your guidance truly inspired us to become better leaders and individuals.

To my dear officers and volunteers, thank you for your service, cooperation, dedication, and sacrifices for the Council. Despite the challenges and differences we encountered along the way, we remained united and continued to work together. More than being my colleagues, you became my second family.

To my fellow students of the College of Education, thank you for your trust, participation, and continuous support in all the activities and programs of the Council. It has been an honor and privilege to serve you.

As I officially conclude my journey as the COESC Chairperson, I carry with me the experiences, lessons, and memories that will forever remain in my heart.

Your success reflects not only your hard work and determination but also the quality education, guidance, and values instilled by your institution.

We proudly recognize the LET passers from the following programs:
Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEED); Bachelor of Secondary Education (BSED) major in Mathematics, Social Studies, English, and Filipino; and Bachelor of Technical Vocational Teacher Education (BTVTED) major in Food Service Management (FSM) and Electrical Technology (ELT).
