To our MIT Graduate Students, here are the important dates to remember for this semester for S.Y. 2024-2025.

● September 7, 2024 – System-wide GS Orientation.
● October 12, 2024 – Midterm Examinations for Graduate School.
● November 23, 2024 – Pre-oral/Final Defense for students currently enrolled in the residency aiming to defend their thesis. Those enrolled in the residency should submit their manuscript and letter of intent addressed to the College Dean duly noted by the MIT Program Coordinator not later than November 16, 2024. Only
students who submitted their manuscript and letter of intent will be included in the schedule.
● December 21, 2024 – Final Examinations for Graduate School.

Enrollment Advisory:

Attention to all CICT Incoming Freshmen and Old Students:
We have previously posted an enrollment flow for you to see the movement and status of your enrollment. To simplify, here are the steps:
1. Enrollment Confirmation (You)
2. Enlistment/Registration (Adviser)
3. Tagging of Scholarship (OSA)
4. Posting of Accounts (Finance)
5. Releasing of Certificate of Registration or COR (Registrar)
You will receive the following through email and IUIS notification during/after the process:
a. Scholarship Confirmation (OSA)
b. Assessment of Fees (Finance)
c. Certificate of Registration (Registrar)
Please understand that there are thousands of enrollees and even though the process is computerized, the offices in-charge still need to receive, verify, tag and process your enrollment. With the pandemic that we are experiencing some of our staff are “Working from Home” and others are on a skeletal arrangement. Please bear with us and be reassured that for as long as you have submitted your enrollment confirmation successfully, you will be enrolled in due time. Just check your email and IUIS accounts from time to time.
