Today, the Youth Work Research and Training Center proudly introduces 𝑶𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝑼𝒑𝒐𝒏 𝑨 𝒀𝒐𝒖𝒕𝒉 𝑳𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒆𝒓 by Alfred Opiz Dicto, a memoir and reflection on the experiences, lessons, and people that shape a journey in youth leadership.

The book brings together stories from a journey that began with young people and continues to be shaped by them. It reflects on the realities of leadership, the importance of meaningful participation, the courage to create spaces for young voices, and the responsibility of institutions to listen and respond.

At its heart is a simple reminder: every leader was once a young person trying to be heard.
