For NSTP Completers for AY 2023-2024 and earlier, you may already check your NSTP Serial Numbers with our NSTP Coordinator in the College of Arts and Sciences. Fill necessary details (Your Full name, NSTP component taken [ROTC or CWTS] school year that you took and finished the NST Program and bring it to the CAS Office during office hours. Please note however that this is for our internal use only.

The NSTP Serial Numbers for NSTP 1 to 2 Completers for AY 2022-2023 and AY 2023-2024 are already available. Take note of the following INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Download the NSTP Certificate Template thru the following LINK: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1NQeRu1uFb7Yf0PnDw7SGuH0j02jZRFQn/view?usp=sharing

2. Print the Certificate and bring it to the CAS Office and look for sir Binoi Yacub the NSTP Coordinator so he can fill in the details of your NSTP Completion and Serial Number.

3. Once the Certificate is filled in and signed by the NSTP Coordinator and NSTP Director, bring the Certificate to the Registrar's Office so the Serial Number can be verified and the certificate signed by the university Registrar.

Don't wait for the last minute to process your serial numbers. Your application for graduation will not be approved by CHED if you canntot submit your serial numbers. So.... get your NSTP Serial Numbers... now na!
