𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦 | STE Department joins the 2nd Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill

The Science, Technology, and Engineering (STE) Department took part in the 2nd Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill today, June 18, 2026, promptly at 9:00 A.M., in observance of national disaster preparedness guidelines.

Conducted within the school’s four‑storey building, the activity applied safety protocols specifically designed for multi‑level structures rather than the standard “Duck, Cover, and Hold” followed by immediate outdoor evacuation.

Activities like this reinforce the community’s capability to respond appropriately according to building design and location, ensuring that safety measures are practical, well‑understood, and consistently applied — a vital priority in the Philippines, where preparedness for seismic events remains an essential part of school operations and community welfare.

𝗝𝗨𝗦𝗧 𝗜𝗡 | STE Department Joins General Orientation for the Academic Year 2026 – 2027

As the Academic Year officially begins, students and parents of the 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 (𝗦𝗧𝗘) 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗮𝗻 𝗘𝗻𝗿𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗲 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗵𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 (𝗦𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗛𝗦) gathered at the school amphitheater this morning, June 11, 2026, for the General Orientation.

Speakers from the Philippine Red Cross and the Philippine National Police (PNP) emphasized preparedness, safety, and shared responsibility among parents and learners. School administrators and teachers discussed a comprehensive briefing on school policies, academic expectations, student programs, and the implementation of the new curriculum for the upcoming school year.

The PTA also shared updates on school initiatives and budget allocations for improved facilities and learner support, while the Guidance Office presented support services and counseling programs.

The General Orientation marked a meaningful and informative start to the school year for STE students and their parents. Through the insights and guidance shared, participants gained a clearer understanding of school expectations and their shared role in ensuring a safe, disciplined, and successful year ahead.

The Science, Technology, and Engineering (STE) Department of San Enrique National Comprehensive High School (SENCHS) held its election for classroom officers this Tuesday, June 9, 2026.

Students from different grade levels under the STE program participated in the activity. Before casting their votes, brief reminders were given regarding the roles and responsibilities of each position, emphasizing the importance of leadership, cooperation, and service.

The activity marks the beginning of a new leadership cycle as students prepare for the upcoming School Year 2026-2027. Conducted in an orderly and transparent manner, the voting process allowed learners to exercise their right to choose peers who will represent their sections and help maintain a positive learning environment throughout the academic year.
