Maybe you're worried about an exam, your future, a decision you have to make, or a prayer you've been waiting for God to answer.. It's hard to keep moving forward when you don't know what's ahead.
But maybe that's where faith begins.

Hebrews 11 is often remembered as the chapter of the ๐๐๐ง๐ค๐๐จ ๐ค๐ ๐๐๐๐ฉ๐. It tells the stories of ordinary people like Noah, Abraham, Moses, and many others who chose to trust God even when they couldn't see how everything would unfold. Though they may have different stories and trials, what they have in common is their certainty about the God who was leading them.
And this is where Peter comes in,
When Jesus called him to step out of the boatโa place where uncertainty clouded his surroundings, Peter had no guarantee of what would happen next. The wind was still strong, and the waves were still raging. Yet because Jesus said, "Come," Peter took the first step.
As long as his eyes were fixed on Jesus, he walked on water. But when he shifted his focus to the storm, he began to sinkโit wasn't because the storm grew stronger, but because he let his fear take over his faith.
For us.. how often do we do the same?
We often begin by trusting God, but when life becomes overwhelming, we start looking at the waves instead of the One who called us. The pressure of school, uncertainty about the future, disappointments, and unanswered prayers can easily become louder than God's promises.
Yet Peter's story reminds us of something beautiful: even when his faith wavered, Jesus never let him go. The moment Peter cried out, Jesus reached out His hand.
That's the kind of Savior we have.
Walking by faith doesn't mean you'll never be afraid. It means trusting God even when you cannot see the whole picture, believing that His hand is steady even when your footing isn't.
