On December 12, 2025, the Tactical Group welcomed its new Coordinator, Ma’am Antonette Teologia-Ordoñez, as she led her first official meeting with the First Class and Second Class Tactical Group Officers. The gathering marked a significant step toward strengthening leadership, professionalism, and accountability within the department.

With a renewed vision for excellence, the meeting centered on setting new standards of discipline, establishing another set of goals, and aligning future plans for the continuous growth and development of the cadets. As the department moves forward to another year of purpose and accomplishments, this meeting reaffirmed the Tactical Group’s commitment to cultivating disciplined, goal-driven, and service-oriented future officers.

HIGHLIGHTS | HONOR GUARD

“Make way for the Queen’s Guard.”

On December 7, 2025, the PHINMA–University of Iloilo, through its Tactical Group, led the ceremonial honors during the Fiesta Queen Coronation Night in connection with the Barangay Estanzuela Fiesta Celebration in honor of the Immaculate Conception at Brgy. Rizal, Estanzuela.

As the newly crowned queen walked across the stage, she carried not only a crown but also the symbol of grace, responsibility, and service to her community. Her coronation marked the beginning of a new chapter one that calls for leadership, humility, and dedication as a representative of the youth and the values of the fiesta.

Under the glow of the lights and the applause of the crowd, the Honor Guard stood in perfect formation, embodying discipline, respect, and pride. Their synchronized movements and unwavering bearing elevated the ceremony, transforming the coronation into a moment of lasting honor and tradition, celebrating not only beauty but also the spirit of unity and cultural heritage of Barangay Estanzuela.

The PHINMA–University of Iloilo College of Criminal Justice Education, through its Tactical Group, proudly graced the wedding ceremony of the newlyweds with a time-honored military tradition. Held on December 5, 2025, at Sta. Ana Parish of Molo, Iloilo City, the ceremony featured the symbolic Arch of Swords—a gesture rich with meaning and heritage.

As the couple walked beneath the gleaming, crossed blades, the moment beautifully captured the essence of honor, unity, and enduring love. Their union stands as a reflection of strength and commitment, marking the beginning of their shared journey together.

On December 3, 2025, the PHINMA–University of Iloilo College of Criminal Justice Education, through its Tactical Group, proudly led the way for the newly crowned King and Queen of Little Mr. and Ms. Rizal Estanzuela 2025 at the Brgy. Rizal Estanzuela Day Care Center. As the night unfolded, we celebrated our Little King and Queen—small in stature yet grand in charm, confidence, and delight. With every step they took and every smile they shared, they reminded us that royalty is more than a crown; it is the joy, innocence, and wonder they bring to the stage.

In this meaningful evening of crowns and celebration, the Honor Guard stood in dignified silence—an unwavering symbol of respect, tradition, and excellence. Their presence elevated the coronation, marking the moment with the grace, honor, and ceremonial pride it truly deserved.

HIGHLIGHTS | 2ND SEMESTER PHYSICAL FITNESS TEST

On December 1 and 3, 2025, the third-year cadets of Class SIKLAB-ALAB reached a significant milestone as they successfully completed their Physical Fitness Test (PFT). This accomplishment reflects not only their physical readiness but also their steadfast commitment to the rigorous standards of the College of Criminal Justice Education, under the supervision of the Tactical Group Officers and faculty members.

The PFT serves as a testament to the cadets’ resilience, discipline, and dedication to continuous self-improvement—qualities essential to a successful career in law enforcement. Every repetition, every stride, and every ounce of effort highlight their drive to push beyond limitations and monitor their growth.

Physical fitness is more than a requirement—it is a lifelong pursuit. It is not about perfection, but progress. The consistency, perseverance, and mindset displayed by the cadets demonstrate their readiness to respond effectively and safely to real-world challenges.

HIGHLIGHTS | BATCH 1 AND 2 — 2ND SEMESTER P1 FORMATION INSPECTION

The PHINMA–University of Iloilo College of Criminal Justice Education (CCJE), through its Tactical Group in partnership with the CCJE Faculty, successfully conducted the 2nd Semester Formation and Inspection for Class Siklab–Alab on November 24 and 26, 2025.

More than a measure of discipline and uniformity, the activity served as a reminder that excellence begins from within. The inspection assessed the cadets’ appearance, bearing, and preparedness—ensuring they uphold the standards expected of them by the department. Beyond compliance, the event strengthened the values of order, responsibility, and adherence to protocol—principles that will guide them as future leaders in the field of criminal justice.

This milestone stands as a testament to the cadets’ dedication, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to growth and excellence.

On November 15, 2025, the Tactical Group stood in full formation as they led the Honor Guard ceremony for the 18th birthday celebration of the debutant in Brgy, Botong Badiangan, Iloilo. Their disciplined presence and solemn movements added grace, respect, and a touch of tradition to this once-in-a-lifetime milestone.

A debut marks a young woman’s transition into adulthood-a celebration of growth, maturity, and new responsibilities. It symbolizes the opening of new doors and the beginning of her journey as an independent young woman.

The Honor Guard, in this ceremony, represents protection, dignity, and high regard for the debutant. Their sword raising signify respect for her coming of age, honoring her virtues, achievements, and the bright future ahead. HIGHLIGHTS | ENTRANCE OF COLORS

The Nursing Capping and Pinning Ceremony of PHINMA University of Iloilo, held on October 13, 2025, at the Iloilo Convention Center, was assisted by the Ushers and commenced with the entrance and exit of colors led by the Tactical Group from the College of Criminal Justice Education.

A momentous occasion marking a significant milestone in the lives of our nursing students — a day filled with pride, gratitude, and reflection; a celebration of perseverance, growth, and achievement.

As they don their caps and pins, our future nurses step forward into new chapters of their lives with courage and purpose. The ceremony concluded with the exit of colors, a solemn reminder of the dignity and honor of the nursing profession.
