On June 28, 2026, at the Iloilo Convention Center (ICC), the PHINMA University of Iloilo – UICCJ Tactical Group Organization proudly rendered the Entrance and Exit of Colors during the Oath-Taking Ceremony of the New Professional Teachers of Region VI.
With discipline, precision, and unwavering dedication, the color guards contributed to the solemnity and grandeur of this significant occasion. Their exemplary performance reflected the organization's commitment to honor, service, and tradition, complementing the momentous transition of the region's newest educators into the teaching profession.

TO ALL RECOGNIZED CADETS OF THE PHINMA-UI CCJE DEPARTMENT
As members of the College of Criminal Justice Education, all cadets are expected to uphold the values of discipline, professionalism, and proper bearing at all times. The prescribed uniform represents not only the institution but also the character and integrity of every cadet. Let us continue to maintain a positive image of the department by strictly adhering to the following uniform and grooming standards.
📌 IMPORTANT REMINDERS
• The prescribed uniform must be worn properly at all times, both inside and outside the school campus.
• While wearing the school uniform, cadets must not be present in internet cafés or similar establishments (tambayan) during class hours.
• Cadets who are not wearing the prescribed uniform shall NOT be allowed to enter the campus unless they can present a valid Student Note 002.
CADETS MUST OBSERVE THE FOLLOWING:
‼️ FOR FEMALE CADETS
• Sunglasses are not allowed.
• No hair dye.
• Hairnets must be plain black without any design.
• Hair must be neatly combed and properly tied at all times; black hairpins are allowed.
• Short hair or barber's cut is recommended but not mandatory.
• No makeup, including eyelash extensions, mascara, eyeliner, lipstick/liptint, and blush-on.
• No accessories, including earrings, necklaces, bracelets, anklets, and rings. For watches, black only is allowed; any other color is strictly prohibited.
• Nail art or nail polish is strictly prohibited.
• Nails must be trimmed regularly.
• Uniform linings must be properly aligned.
• Paraphernalia must be complete and polished.
• Plain black socks only.
• Shoelaces must be right over left (right foot) and left over right (left foot).
• Sling bags or laptop bags are strictly prohibited.
‼️ FOR MALE CADETS

• No mustache.
• Proper haircut (4x5).
• Bald hairstyles and dyed hair are strictly prohibited.
• No accessories, including earrings, necklaces, bracelets, anklets, and rings. For watches, black only is allowed; any other color is strictly prohibited.
• Nails must be trimmed regularly.
• Uniform linings must be properly aligned.
• Paraphernalia must be complete and polished.
• Plain black socks only.
• Shoelaces must be right over left (right foot) and left over right (left foot).
• Sling bags or laptop bags are strictly prohibited; only dark-colored backpacks are allowed.
📌 SPECIAL NOTICE FOR 4TH YEAR CRIMINOLOGY STUDENTS
For the entire semester, all 4th Year Criminology students are required to use backpacks. The use of Intern Bags shall be subject to the discretion and approval of the Intern Coordinator. Kindly wait for the official announcement regarding its implementation.

This notice shall take effect on July 6, 2026.

The 79th Commencement Exercises of PHINMA University of Iloilo, held on June 3–4, 2026, at the Iloilo Convention Center, marked a significant milestone in the lives of our graduates. The event was highlighted by the Entrance and Exit of Colors led by the Tactical Group of the College of Criminal Justice Education, bringing honor, discipline, and dignity to this memorable occasion.
The Tactical Group officers also proudly served as banner bearers, carrying the college and program banners with professionalism and pride throughout the ceremony. Their presence symbolized leadership, unity, and commitment to excellence, contributing to the solemnity and prestige of the commencement exercises.
It was a celebration of perseverance, dedication, and success—a testament to the years of hard work, sacrifices, and unwavering commitment of the graduating class. As they embark on new journeys, they carry with them the knowledge, values, and experiences gained throughout their academic years.

HIGHLIGHTS | HONOR GUARD
"Making way for tradition and honor."
On June 5, 2026, the Tactical Group Honor Guards proudly rendered ceremonial honors during the Annual May Flower Festival 2026, “FLORES DE MARIA: A Crown of Virtue, A Garden of Grace,” held in Barangay North Baluarte, Molo, Iloilo City.
As the evening unfolded, the festival celebrated faith, unity, and community spirit. Fiesta Queen Shenalyn C. Bajala and Fiesta King Kurt Ian G. Pillora were officially crowned, symbolizing virtue, service, and dedication to the people they represent.
Standing with dignity and precision, the Honor Guard embodied discipline, respect, and pride throughout the ceremony. Their presence added solemnity and prestige to the event, highlighting the rich traditions and values that continue to unite the community.
More than a celebration of beauty and pageantry, the festival served as a reminder that true honor is reflected through character, humility, and selfless service. For while crowns may symbolize recognition, it is one's actions and commitment to others that define genuine leadership and lasting legacy.

The Pinning, Ring Hop, and White Coating Ceremony of PHINMA University of Iloilo, held on May 21, 2026, at the Grand Xing Imperial Hotel, marked another meaningful milestone in the academic journey of our future professionals. The event was assisted by the Ushers and highlighted by the Entrance and Exit of Colors led by the Tactical Group from the College of Criminal Justice Education.
A memorable occasion filled with pride, honor, and gratitude, the ceremony symbolized the dedication, perseverance, and commitment of the students as they move closer to achieving their dreams and embracing their chosen profession.
As they received their pins, rings, and white coats, the students stepped forward with confidence, responsibility, and purpose — ready to face greater challenges and opportunities ahead. The ceremony concluded with the solemn Exit of Colors, reminding everyone of the dignity, excellence, and service that define their future careers.

HIGHLIGHTS | COASTAL CLEAN-UP DRIVE
With a shared commitment to service and environmental responsibility, the UI CCJE Students together with the Tactical Group actively participated in the coastal clean-up activity entitled “Bay-bay Tinluan para Pangabuhi Matawhay: Coastal Clean-up Drive,” organized by the Sangguniang Kabataan Federation of Iloilo City, held on April 25, 2026, at San Juan, Calumpang.
Demonstrating unity, discipline, and volunteerism, the participants worked hand in hand in preserving the cleanliness and sustainability of the coastal area. Their collective efforts reflected not only concern for the environment but also a strong sense of civic duty and community engagement.
More than just an activity, the initiative served as a reminder that through cooperation and action, even small efforts can create meaningful change toward a cleaner and healthier community.
