KABALAKA, also known as "KAhublangan sa BArangay para sa LApnagon nga KAhandaan sa KAlamidad" Gallery, provides information about the city's disaster risk profile and the associated initiatives to reduce risk and build resilience to it for Ilonggos. The goal of this interactive learning and exhibition center is to instill in the next generation of Ilonggo youngsters the value of "kabalaka," or compassion and consideration, particularly for the weak and defenseless.
