It's easy to get caught up in the hustle at work, constantly pushing yourself to meet deadlines, hit targets, and prove your worth. π₯
But in the middle of all that, one thing often gets left behindβyour mental health.
This World Mental Health Month, with the theme 'Mental Health at Work,' let this be a reminder: prioritizing your mental health is not just a personal journey-- itβs essential for creating healthier workplaces.
When you take care of yourself, you not only thrive but also set an example for your colleagues. It's time to break the stigma and advocate for a workplace that values mental well-being as much as productivity.
This October, letβs commit to having conversations that matter, sharing our struggles, and supporting one another. Together, we can create an environment where everyone feels safe to express themselves and where mental health is at the forefront. β¨

Our feelings can affect all aspects of our lives: our relationships, work, study, sleep, and hobbies.
But itβs not always easy to understand our feelings, and it can be even harder to manage them β particularly when weβre upset.
Learning to understand and manage your feelings can help your mental health. π
Read our tips π
1/ Try to give your feelings attention without judging them, or yourself for having them.
2/ Try to name what youβre feeling, and what has led you to feel this way.
3/ Practice kind self-talk, giving yourself the same kindness as you would give to a friend.
4/ Try writing down your feelings to help you understand what they are.
5/ Try repeating something positive about yourself a few times a day (often called a βmantraβ).
