We extend our deepest and most heartfelt gratitude to our esteemed Municipal Officials, led by our visionary Municipal Mayor John Paul Alvarez and our dedicated Vice Mayor John Paolo Alvarez, for spearheading and supporting this vital advocacy initiative — the ITRUSTPAO Symposium, anchored on the powerful call: “Be a Responsible Youth! — True, Reliable, and Unified Youth-Shield Team Through Peace and Order.” 💛

Our profound appreciation likewise goes to Police Chief Master Kim Vingno, representing the Ilog Municipal Police Station (PNP-Ilog), for standing with us as a vital community partner — sharing critical insights, reinforcing safety, and strengthening our collective commitment to protect and guide our youth. 🚓🤝

This meaningful gathering was made even more impactful by the active presence and participation of the parents of Julian P. Gomilla Elementary School, who joined hands with our leaders and law enforcement to stand against illegal drugs, bullying, teenage pregnancy, HIV risks, mental health struggles, social media misuse, environmental neglect, and all forms of youth abuse. ✨ UNITED FOR KINDNESS, PEACE, AND RESPONSIBLE GUIDANCE ✨

We are proud to share the meaningful activities that unfolded right after our solemn Flag Raising Ceremony and Peace Rally Campaign here at Julian P. Gomilla Elementary School! 🎏🕊️

Together with our learners, parents, teachers, and school stakeholders, we conducted our Anti-Bullying Campaign and Right Parenting Orientation — sessions designed to build safe, respectful learning spaces and strengthen the partnership between home and school in nurturing every child.

These important undertakings were expertly facilitated by no less than Police Chief Master Sergeant Kim Panilan Vingno, PCR, PNCO, who generously shared her expertise, insights, and guidance to help us stand firmly against bullying, foster harmonious relationships within our school community, and empower parents with positive, effective parenting approaches.

This initiative is not just an event — it is a commitment:
✅ To protect every learner from any form of bullying and discrimination
✅ To build a culture of peace, empathy, and mutual respect inside and outside our classrooms
✅ To equip parents with knowledge and proper guidance as their children’s first and most important teachers
✅ To strengthen the bond between our school, our families, and our partner agencies for the welfare of our youth

From the very first day we began preparing for this undertaking, you stood beside us every step of the journey. You patiently walked us through every guideline, clarified every standard, and shared your vast wisdom and experience to ensure that we did not just meet the requirements—but truly embodied what it means to be a child-friendly institution. Your doors were always open whenever we had questions, whenever we needed advice, or whenever we sought reassurance. Making this opening day extra special, the SK Officials of Brgy. Manalad came to show their support! 🫶 They distributed school supplies to our learners, ensuring no one starts the school year unprepared. It’s a huge help and a beautiful gesture of love for our community’s children. 🖊️🎁
