MSU-IIT National Cooperative Academy organized a School-Based Seminar on Reading Comprehension and Intervention held on September 23, 2026 for our dedicated faculty and staff. A huge thanks to our Resource Speaker, 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗿 𝗝-𝗿𝗼𝗲𝗹 𝗕. 𝗦𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮, for sharing valuable insights on reading instruction, literacy strategies, and practical ways to enhance reading comprehension while leading by example in the workplace.

In compliance with the Executive Order issued by the Office of the City Mayor of Iligan, classes in all levels are suspended on July 9 and 10, 2026 (Thursday and Friday).

The suspension is due to the expected effects of Tropical Cyclone “Inday” and the Enhanced Southwest Monsoon (Habagat), which may bring moderate to heavy rainfall and possible flooding.

In line with this announcement, only learners are excused from physically reporting to school. To ensure the continuity of learning, all teachers are instructed to conduct asynchronous learning activities and provide the necessary learning materials, instructions, and monitoring for their students.

Let us remain vigilant and prioritize safety while continuing to fulfill our commitment to providing quality education and service.
