He is an Associate Professor at the Nursing Department of the College of Health Sciences, Mindanao State University – Iligan Institute of Technology (MSU-IIT), with over 20 years of combined teaching and clinical experience. A respected educator and researcher, Dr. Positos holds a PhD in Nursing, with scholarly work centered on the integration of artificial intelligence in nursing education and the development of caring behaviors among student nurses. His research interests include nursing informatics, perioperative nursing, and constructivist grounded theory, and his internationally cited publication, Educare App: Mobile application for clinical duties of nursing students and nurse educators, reflects his commitment to innovative and compassionate healthcare education. 💡💙
