It is with deep sorrow and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Dr. Ronillo C. Apas, Sr., who peacefully joined our Creator on July 17, 2025.

Dr. Apas served with dedication and passion as the School Principal of Iligan City National School of Fisheries and Caretaker of Iligan City Polytechnic State College (ICPSC). His unwavering commitment to education and public service has left an indelible mark on the lives of students, teachers, and the entire community.

Born on September 29, 1961, Dr. Apas lived a life of purpose, humility, and integrity. He was not only an exceptional leader but also a mentor, a guide, and a father figure to many.

His legacy of excellence, compassion, and selfless service will continue to inspire generations to come.

Let us offer our prayers for the eternal repose of his soul and extend our deepest sympathies to his family and loved ones during this difficult time. 💐

✅ SUCCESSFULLY CONDUCTED!

Iligan City Polytechnic State College (ICPSC) successfully conducted the first batch of its College Admission Test on July 13, 2025. The examination was held in two sessions—Batch 1 in the morning and Batch 2 in the afternoon—to accommodate the growing number of applicants who aspire to be part of the institution.

The admission test accommodates all individuals who wish to enroll in ICPSC, regardless of their background or previous school. With the joint efforts of the Admission Committee, faculty members, and support staff, the activity was carried out smoothly and efficiently. Examinees were guided throughout the process—from registration to room assignments and the actual testing—ensuring a well-organized and student-friendly environment.

The success of this event signifies ICPSC’s unwavering commitment to delivering inclusive and quality education. The administration extends its appreciation to all personnel involved, as well as to the examinees for their cooperation and discipline.

ICPSC is now preparing for the upcoming Batch 3 of the College Admission Test scheduled on July 19, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. All interested applicants are encouraged to join and be part of the growing ICPSC community.
