What Do AI Data Centers Actually Do? 🏢👾

AI data centers are used to train ai models, and process ai prompts.

Trained using complex machine learning algorithms, AI data centers need high processing power required for training, using up a lot of ram and gpus. Making AI data centers very resource heavy on electricity and water used to maintain them. 💧⚡️

A single large AI data center can use up to 5 million gallons of water per day, and 10 megawatts of electricity. Enough to power 5,000 to 10,000 homes. 🏠
