With the inspiring theme, "The Blueprint of Justice: Mapping the Path from Practice to Purpose,” the College of Criminal Justice Education proudly celebrates another milestone of future public servants who are now one step closer to their dreams.

The event was graced by our honorable guest speaker, PPO2 Herbert L. Marzon, RCrim., MPM, a Port Police Officer and proud alumnus whose life story became a powerful reminder that success is never defined by hardships. Growing up without parents and facing countless struggles just to survive and continue his education, he carried nothing but determination, faith, and a vision for his future. Through perseverance, clear goals, and a strong blueprint for life, he turned humble beginnings into a meaningful career in public service. He remains grateful to IMCC for becoming one of the guiding foundations that helped shape his journey.

His story reminds us that dreams should always be greater than the circumstances we face. No matter how difficult the road may become, courage, discipline, and purpose can lead us toward success.
