The Alay sa Graduates last July 10 was a night of elegance, joy, and unforgettable memories. Our seniors truly embodied their own style of Met Gala with the theme Midnight Opulence, each radiating glamour and sophistication.

The evening was made even more meaningful with the inspirational words of guest speaker John Christian Dumalagan, a proud BA Sociology alumnus and former Vice Mayor of the Sociological Society (2017–2018).

The graduating batch took center stage with heartfelt performances, singing their lungs out, celebrating friendship, and savoring every moment while it lasted.

Special thanks to The New Foodega for graciously accommodating and making this celebration even more memorable.

WE ARE HIRING: TWO (2) FULL-TIME FACULTY MEMBERS IN SOCIOLOGY

The Department of Sociology, Mindanao State University – Iligan Institute of Technology (MSU-IIT) is inviting qualified applicants for two (2) full-time faculty positions in Sociology.

Qualifications:
• PhD in Sociology from a reputable university
• At least 2 years of teaching experience
• At least 8 hours of relevant training
• Capability to teach a variety of Sociology courses from the undergraduate to graduate level
• Demonstrated high level of research competence, generally evidenced by multiple publications as lead or sole author in reputable journals

Required Documents:
• Duly accomplished and notarized Personal Data Sheet (CS Form No. 212, Revised 2025) with Work Experience Sheet
• Performance rating in the present position for one year, if applicable
• Transcript of Records
• Diploma
• Certificates of Training
• Certificate of Employment, if applicable
• Service Record
• Resume (5 copies)
