What you've seen on the photo is not a small river but, a road in Erlinda Village. Erlinda Village is located at Del Carmen Iligan City. As what you've seen on the photos the road is being blocked by a stocked water. This water is due to blocked Canal Drainage. This problem is very alarming because aside from, the motorist who've suffered because of the road. Villagers can suffer leptuspirusis if this water continue to be stock. Leptuspirusis (Weil's disease) is an infection you can catch from animals. This can get in solid fresh water (such as from river, canal or lake) containing infected p*e that can get in your eyes or cut. You might have high temperature or feel hot shivery, head ache, feeling and being sick, aching muscles and joint, red eyes and loss of appetite. Or other possible diseases that can cause by Stocked water due to blocked Canal drainage.
Disclaimers; this post educational purpose and created to remind and raise awareness to the villagers to the possible disease that they might get. And to inform the government of Iligan to the problem the said problem.
