TO ALL INCOMING GRADE 12 ALS SHS LEARNERS

ENROLMENT PROCEDURE
1. If you see your name on this post, scan the QR Code and register online.
2. Tell your parents/guardians to attend the Parent's Orientation on May 8, 2026, 1:00 PM to 3:00PM at the ICNHS Auditorium.
3. Attendance slip will be given to you after the orientation.
4. Proceed to 2nd Flr Gomburza Bldg. (last room on the right), submit your Form 138 and your attendance slip to your adviser.

NO ONLINE REGISTRATION, NO ORIENTATION ATTENDANCE SLIP, NO ENROLMENT

NOTE: ALS SHS will still follow the old SHS curriculum.

FOR INCOMING GRADE 12 LEARNERS/PARENTS/GUARDIANS:

A. ONLINE REGISTRATION OF LEARNERS
All Grade 12 learners are required to complete the Online Registration. This is a mandatory prerequisite for the Orientation and Face-to-Face Enrolment, which must be attended by parents/guardians only.

Online Registration Period:
May 1 - May 5, 2026 ONLY (Links will no longer be accessible after this period.)

Instructions for Learners:
1. Check your name on the official list posted on the ICNHS–Senior High School page.
2. Once your name is found, scan the Enrolment QR Code.
3. Complete the form and click Submit.

❗ Important: No online registration = No orientation attendance = No enrolment

FOR INCOMING GRADE 11 LEARNERS/PARENTS/GUARDIANS:

A. ONLINE REGISTRATION OF LEARNERS
