A: Yes. The NOA and POS may be submitted at a later time; however, applicants must ensure that they have already applied for admission to their chosen graduate program. Please note that only applicants who are admitted to a graduate program may be considered for the scholarship.

𝟮. 𝗖𝗮𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗱𝘀 (𝗧𝗢𝗥) 𝗯𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗯𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗱𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆?
A: Yes. Applicants may temporarily submit a duly certified Evaluation Sheet in place of the TOR. However, the TOR must still be submitted prior to the interview schedule once it becomes available.

A: Recommendation letters do not need to be included in the online submission. Applicants should ensure that the sealed recommendation letters are kept and ready for submission when required.

Congratulations to all DOST-SEI SCHOLARS who have successfully completed their PHD and Masters degrees under the CBPSME program, during mid year graduation, Feb 12, 2026. We sincerely thank the DOST for this invaluable opportunity, and MSUIIT for serving as the delivering institution and academic home. We are confident that these scholars will continue to make meaningful contributions toward strengthening science and mathematics education, empowering students to further enhance their knowledge, skills and passion for learning.
