When: February 5-6, 2026 (Thursday & Friday)
Where: SPMD
Who: Undergraduate Students

Guidelines:
Distribution is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Step 1: Verification – Verify your name on the Official List of Graduates.

Step 2: Queueing – Once verified, please proceed to the queue at the designated claiming area.

Step 3: Identification – Present your Student ID to the person in charge.

Step 4: Issuance – Claim your Academic Regalia set.

Property Management Orientation

Pursuant to Special Order No. 1322-IIT, Series of 2025, the Supply and Property Management Division has conducted the Property Management Orientation for all Project Leaders of Externally Funded Projects.

This orientation aims to provide Project Leaders and their respective Research Assistants or Financial Assistants with essential knowledge and guidelines on the proper management of properties acquired under externally funded projects. It also seeks to strengthen accountability, compliance with institutional and government regulations, and support the effective implementation of research projects.
