𝐖𝐀𝐓𝐂𝐇 | MSU-IIT Resident Performing Groups (RPGs) for MSU 65th Founding Anniversary RAWATEN EXTRVAGANZA

In every spectacular final performance, there are challenges that each groups had to conquer. Despite that, we learned what camaraderie and collaboration really were. Witness one of the best runs of MSU-IIT's Resident Performing Groups (RPGs) Rawaten Extravaganza performance.

MSU-IIT RESIDENT PERFORMING GROUPS:
MSU-IIT IPAG
Kalimulan
The Echoes
Octava Chorale Society
Kalilang
MSU-IIT ORIONS
Arnis Team
MSU-IIT Wildcats

Song | Magkaugnay x Dinhi sa Iligan x Ili-Iligan

Note: MSU-IIT Cats Arnis Team's part were cut since they were at MSU-Main already during this time for their MSU-SAA participation. And, part of Kalimulan's part was cut since the music used in this practice was a recording.

‎The MSU-SAA 2026, held on September 1, became a meaningful celebration of camaraderie, excellence, and the shared identity of the Mindanao State University community. Held as part of the 65th Founding Anniversary of MSU, the event brought together students, faculty, staff, and members of the university community in honoring the institution’s rich history, achievements, and continuing legacy.

‎In collaboration with fellow Resident Performing Groups (RPGs)—𝐊𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐧, 𝐊𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐠, 𝐌𝐒𝐔-𝐈𝐈𝐓 𝐈𝐏𝐀𝐆, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐄𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐞𝐬, 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐚𝐯𝐚, 𝐖𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐬 and together with the 𝐀𝐑𝐍𝐈𝐒 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦ㅡthe 𝐌𝐒𝐔-𝐈𝐈𝐓 𝐎𝐑𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒 came together to create a collective performance that celebrated the diversity of talent and artistry within the university. The collaboration featured the Rawaten Extravaganza, performed to the song “Ili-Iligan", "Magkaugnay", and "Dinhi sa Iligan", bringing together cultural expression, movement, music, and performance in a unified presentation for the MSU community.
‎
‎The collaboration served not only as a showcase of the university’s creative and performing arts community but also as a testament to the camaraderie among the RPGs. Through their shared stage, the groups demonstrated how different forms of expression can come together to create something meaningful and memorable in celebration of MSU’s 65 years of service, excellence, and legacy. This platform also served as some of our Hunters' (trainees) debut performance for the team.
‎
‎The group extends its warmest gratitude to the MSU-SAA and the university administration for providing the platform to celebrate this significant milestone, to our fellow RPGs for the collaboration and memorable experience, and to all the choreographers, performers, musicians, and individuals behind the preparation and realization of the performance.

As the stars venture to the never-ending spaces of possibilities, we are to never forget the gravity that keeps us tightly within the constellation as we celebrate another year of our beloved and ever-steadfast manager, artistic director, and adviser, 𝗦𝗶𝗿 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗳𝗶𝗻 𝗛. 𝗠𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗹𝗮 𝗝𝗿.!

𝗢𝗥𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦’ growth symbolizes your outstanding and unrestrained guidance, along with your unconditional support, constant solicitude, and vast insights, for which the group is immensely grateful. Your vision for the group allows stars to discover the glow in themselves, to shine brighter, and to transcend to unreachable heights, never forgetting to place value on things that matter. Your passion for art runs through every member, inspiring us to not lose sight of the humanity in art, and the art of life.

The group always wishes for the betterment and peace of all your days ahead, and for the group’s future to be as radiant as your aspirations and as solid as your dedication.

𝗠𝗦𝗨-𝗜𝗜𝗧 𝗢𝗥𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦 is forever grateful for converging us towards this constellation, and beyond, through hardships to the stars!

The cosmos takes a special bow in honor for the gravity that orchestrates the stars — we greet the happiest of birthdays to our most beloved manager, artistic director, and adviser, sir Delfin H. Mundala Jr.!

The group could not express enough the gratitude and appreciation we feel as you have always been the strongest pillar of the group. Under your guidance, you have not failed a second to bring out the fullest of potential within each and everyone of us. You always remind us that we do not just dance — we dance fully, we express, we convey, and we fight.

May this year bless you with the riches of the most wealthiest health and the calmest of peace in life, and may the forthcoming stages lit up fires as burning as your will, applauses that are as loud as your dedication, and lights that are as radiant as your visions.

We, MSU-IIT ORIONS, thank you for gravitating us toward the top – through hardships and beyond, all the way to the stars!
