Yesterday, the Learning Assistance Volunteers (LAV) have successfully concluded a full day of reflection and strategic planning at the University Dormitory, MSU-IIT.

Through open discussions about our strengths, weaknesses, and current systems, our tutors have gathered actionable insights to refine our services. We are wrapping up today's evaluation with clearer goals and a renewed commitment to elevating the quality of academic support we provide to the student body.

Thank you to all the dedicated volunteers who showed up, shared their experiences, and contributed to a highly productive session. We are stepping out of this evaluation more equipped, inspired, and ready for the challenges of the next semester!
