Ako, ikaw, sila, tayo basta dugong dumadaloy ay dugo ng isang tunay na Pilipino.
Ipagbunyi, ipagdiwang, tangkilikin at paunlarin ang sariling atin. Kailanman ay hindi dapat limutin sapagkat ito'y Tatak ng Kasaysayan natin.
Ang tema ngayong taon “Wikang Filipino: Wikang Mapagpalaya”.
Mabisang instrumento sa ating pakikipagtalastasan, daan ito tungo sa pagkakaisa at pagkakaunawaan upang makamit ang minimithi nating Bagong Pilipinas.
