TO ALL SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL

GUIDELINES FOR STUDENT WHO ASPIRES TO BE PART OF STUDENT GOVERNING COUNCIL:

1. Student should have no previous and present record on violating any of the policies, rules and regulations of the school.

2. Student should have no grade lower than 80.

3. Student should be fit, healthy and in good condition.

4. Student should have a recommendation letter from all her/his teachers and 5 from his/her classmates.

5. Student should have an approval letter from his/her parent/s or guardian/s.

6. Student should be willing to serve and was not forced by anyone to run for a position in the said office.

7. Student should possess the quality of a good leader.

STUDENT WHO DO NOT TAKE THIS SERIUOSLY WILL BE DEINIED IMMEDIATELY.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Personal information (secure from the SGC Office.)

2. Short essay containing reason/s of running for the position.

3. Recommendation letter from all her/his teachers and five from her/his classmates.

4. Approval letter from his/her parent/s or guardian/s.

5. Any certificate of leadership.
