The AJA—ADELAN Journalism Awards Program is once again in full swing, and this year was particularly special with the presence of Sir Samuel F. Adelan, the sole benefactor of the ADELAN Foundation and the founder of AJA.

It was a time of celebration! 🎉 Great job, SPJ students, for your exceptional work and commitment to elevating the standards in journalism 👏🏻

Sir Samuel F. Adelan, your enduring support and boundless generosity serve as the cornerstone of this prestigious event, allowing it to flourish year after year. We are profoundly honored to receive your invaluable guidance, particularly as we mark this momentous occasion as the second AJA event post-pandemic. Your tireless commitment enhances the essence and impact of our collective endeavors in journalism and beyond 🙏🏻

Special thanks to Ma'am Jç Ćàbrêrå for her outstanding supervision and dedication, and also to our principal Marie Rose Paulo Ramos for fostering an environment that encourages and celebrates excellence.

We also acknowledge the invaluable contributions of the SPJ mentors, Ma'am Gladys Talana , Rosy Tet Nacino, Babylyn Bucag-Martinez, Mylene Gazzingan whose guidance paved the way for our students' remarkable achievements.
