Who knew a little self-love could go a long way? 😂 The "Akoy Sapat Pa Ba?: Transforming inner criticism to a voice of support through Self-compassion" Growth Session was an insightful experience. 💫 We explored the power of self-compassion and learned to transform our inner critic into a supportive voice.🤫 One of the highlights was sharing our self-affirmations.
