Yes naman, SFCians! The wellness break is almost over, and itโ€™s time to get back on track. Letโ€™s step into this new term with bright smiles and a ready heart. Weโ€™re all set to take on new lessons, chase our goals, and make this term countโ€”together.

From chasing deadlines to fighting for every point on the court, you demonstrated incredible grit, passion, and sportsmanship. But true champions understand that peak performance is impossible without adequate recovery. Now that the test papers have been submitted and the court lights have been turned off, it is time to slow down, breathe, and allow your body to catch up.

Take this student wellness break to get away from the academic noise. Sleep in late, eat your favorite comfort food, catch up on shows you've missed, or simply enjoy some quiet time without any alarms. Remember that resting isn't a distraction from your goals; it's an essential component of achieving them.
