Caring Beyond the Clinic: Bringing Skin Health to San Guillermo ๐Ÿ’™

The Zonta Club of Isabela proudly joined hands with key medical partners for the Kilatis Kutis Medical Mission held last September 21, 2026, at Barangay Centro, San Guillermo, Isabela.

Led by Zontian Dr. Louella Ramos, Chairperson of the Zonta Club of Isabelaโ€™s Health Committee, the initiative brought essential, quality dermatologic care straight to the heart of the community.

In collaboration with the SIMC Department of Dermatology and Venereology, the Philippine Dermatological Society โ€“ Northern Luzon Chapter, and the Isabela Provincial Health Office, this joint effort continues our shared commitment to community serviceโ€”providing free skin consultations, treatments, and patient education to promote health, wellness, and confidence for all. ๐Ÿฉบ

Thank you to all our Zonta Kaibigan - volunteer doctors, local government officials, and community partners who made this health outreach a success!

Know the facts. Break the stigma. ๐ŸŽ—๏ธโค๏ธ

The Zonta Club of Isabela proudly joins the Southern Isabela Medical Center (SIMC) Department of Dermatology and Venereology, led by Zonta Club of Isabela Chairperson Dr. Louella Ramos, in championing youth health education and advocacy!

In collaboration with the Circle of H.O.P.E., we brought vital HIV Awareness and health education to the students of Infant Jesus Montessori School last September 14, 2026.

Through initiatives like this, we aim to clear misconceptions, break the stigma surrounding HIV, and empower our young generation with accurate knowledgeโ€”paving the way toward a safer, better-informed, and more compassionate community.

Together, letโ€™s build a future where health education leads to empathy and action!

๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธEmpowering, Protecting, and Restoring Hope for Women ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธ

Under the leadership of Club President Relle Lodriguito-Caranay, the Zonta Club of Isabela successfully joined the 13th MCTC San Manuel-Aurora, Isabelaโ€™s Quarterly Jail Visit for Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs) at the BJMP Roxas District Jail, featuring a soothing Yoga & Mindfulness Session for the facilityโ€™s 13 women PDLs to promote physical relief, mental health, and holistic healing! ๐Ÿงก

Guided by Zonta Internationalโ€™s vision to Build a Better World for Women and Girls, District 17โ€™s theme to A.P.E. (Advocate, Protect and Restore), and the S.H.A.R.E. initiative (Sustainability and Human Rights through Accountability, Respect and Empowerment), Zonta Isabela continues to uphold human rights and bring compassionate care to women in all circumstances.

This meaningful initiative was made possible through the collaboration and support of our dedicated Zonta parters:
๐Ÿค 13th MCTC San Manuel-Aurora
๐Ÿค PAO Roxas District
๐Ÿง˜ Ashtanga Yoga Central โ€“ for generously donating preloved yoga clothes and mats for the participants
๐ŸงดZtn. Charito Elefanteโ€“ for gifting Pau Liniment to bring physical relief and comfort to our women PDLs.

Through continuous advocacy and action, we remain committed to protecting, restoring, and empowering women everywhere! ๐Ÿงก

From our first day as a club to the many activities, friendships, and meaningful moments weโ€™ve shared, this first year has been filled with learning, service, leadership, and opportunities to make a difference.

As we celebrate our first birthday, we also celebrate the people who have been part of our journeyโ€”๐’๐’–๐’“ ๐’Ž๐’†๐’Ž๐’ƒ๐’†๐’“๐’”, ๐’‚๐’…
