EARLY REGISTRATION FOR SY 2026-2027
📌January 31- February 27,2026
In preparation for the upcoming school year, Sta. Barbara Elementary School will conduct Early Registration for School Year 2025-2026 from January 31 to February 27, 2026.
The Early Registration is an initiative of the Department of Education (DepEd) aimed at ensuring early preparation for the upcoming school year.
Who can register?
📍 Incoming Kindergarten (5-year-olds by or before October 31, 2026)
📍 Incoming Grade 1 (Children graduating from Kindergarten this school year)
📍 Balik-Aral / Transferees

Requirements:
📑 𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗗𝗘𝗥𝗚𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗘𝗡:
• Completed Enrollment Form
• PSA Birth Certificate (photocopy)
*If no PSA certificate, submit one of the following:*
- NSO Birth Certificate
- Local Live Birth Certificate with Registry Number
- Baptismal Certificate
📑 𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗗𝗘 1:
• PSA Birth Certificate (photocopy)
• Kindergarten ECCD Checklist
• Completed Enrollment Form
📑 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗸-𝗔𝗿𝗮𝗹 / 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗲:
• Photocopy ng PSA Birth Certificate/Live Birth Certificate/Baptismal
• Report Card (mula sa huling baitang at paaralang pinanggalingan
