On October 1, 2026 at 3:00 PM, Monlaque Elementary School celebrated National Teachersโ Month through a meaningful and joyful program dedicated to honoring the schoolโs hardworking and dedicated teachers. The event was spearheaded by the SPTA Officers, whose initiative and support helped make the celebration a memorable expression of gratitude and appreciation.
The celebration began with the Doxology, National Anthem, Aklan Hymn, and Ibajay Hymn, rendered by the Monlaque ES Childrenโs Chorale. This was followed by the welcome remarks of SELG President Henz Dheo I. Ruste, inspiring messages from Hon. Junrey E. Italia, Barangay Captain, and Mr. Ulysis O. Ambucay, Jr., Head Teacher III, and a special number from the SELG Officers.
The SPTA Officers expressed their appreciation by giving tokens of gratitude to the teachers, while the SELG Officers presented a heartfelt tribute. The pupils also shared their love and appreciation through meaningful gifts to their teachers. Mrs. Venus A. Consemino, Teacher II, delivered the Words of Appreciation, followed by the closing remarks of Mrs. Jennifer C. Pines, SPTA President.
The celebration culminated in a lively Community Dance. Gian Arthur M. Antoy and Yvana M. Pines served as Master and Lady Dean of Ceremonies. More than just a celebration, the event became a beautiful testament to the strong partnership among the SPTA, SELG, pupils, and teachersโa heartfelt reminder that teachers are valued, appreciated, and deeply cherished by the school community.๐
