To all the incoming 1st-year students of the Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management (BSHM) Program, please make sure to follow your enrollment schedule on AUGUST 4-5, 2026.

Before going to campus, PLEASE SECURE ALL THE NECESSARY REQUIREMENTS! Here's what you need to prepare:

✅One (1) Brown Envelope (Long Size)
✅One (1) Clear Plastic Envelope (Long Size)
✅One (1) Recent 2x2in Colored Photo (with White Background and Name Tag)
✅Certificate of Good Moral Character (⚠️Provide one Photocopy)
✅School Form (SF) 9 or DepEd Form 138-A, for Senior High School Graduates (⚠️Provide one Photocopy)
✅Transcript of Records (TOR), for Transferees (⚠️Provide one Photocopy)

During this program, parents and guardians will be introduced to the University’s academic programs, policies, student services, and their important role in supporting your success throughout your college life.

| Honoring Our Roots, Celebrating Our Legacy 🌾📖

On this day, July 19, we commemorate a defining milestone in the history of Aklan State University – Ibajay Campus. Through Republic Act No. 4486, authored by Congressman Rafael B. Legaspi, the Ibajay National Agricultural High School was established in 1965 in the Municipality of Ibajay, Aklan.

More than an educational institution, it became a beacon of hope and opportunity for countless Aklanons, serving as a feeder school of the then Aklan Agricultural College, now Aklan State University. It would later become known as the Ibajay National Agricultural & Industrial School (INAIS)—a name that remains etched in the hearts of generations.

Today, we honor the vision of those who laid our foundation and celebrate the enduring legacy of an institution that continues to cultivate knowledge, character, and service.

Our history reminds us where we came from. Our legacy inspires us to shape the future.

For those in the list, please claim your Laboratory Request Forms on JULY 7, 2026 (TOMORROW) as part of your admission to the BSHM Program.

NOTE: Failure to comply to the medical test may result in forfeiting your slot. Kindly process your medical test and results.

For those who are qualified incoming Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management (BSHM) Program first-year students, please be informed of the following rescheduled submission of laboratory results:

Those who were initially scheduled to submit their lab results on JUNE 8, 2026 will need to pass their results on JUNE 14, 2026.

Those who were initially scheduled to submit their lab results on JUNE 9, 2026 will need to pass their results on JUNE 15, 2026.

Please be guided accordingly.

To all qualified incoming BSHM first-year students who have already finished their medical tests, your SUBMISSION OF LAB RESULTS has been rescheduled to JULY 2, 2026 (TOMORROW).

This new schedule is for those who are scheduled to submit their lab results on July 2,3, and 6.

Please be reminded that you can submit your results at 9AM to 11AM. Check the list of eligible applicants for this transaction.
