We are thrilled to share that our Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management (BSTM) representatives from ASU-Ibajay secured First Runner-Up at the Aklan Inter-Campus Tourism Quiz Bee, held on September 23, 2026, at the Aklan Training Center.

This outstanding achievement stands as proof of the hard work, expertise, and strong teamwork shown by our delegates: Karen Dela Rosa, Jenesa Umambong, and Zenia Diala, under the mentorship of their coaches, Sir Roque Santo and Ma'am Sunshine Gorgolon.

Ashley Grace Senatin, a Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management student from Aklan State University–Ibajay, placed 2nd Runner-Up in the Tour Guiding Competition held on September 16, 2026, at the Balabag Covered Court in Boracay, Malay, Aklan.

Organized by the Local Government Unit of Malay and the Municipal Tourism Office in celebration of Tourism Week 2026, the competition brought together aspiring tourism professionals from across the municipality. Senatin also received a Certificate of Participation for her active engagement in the event.

The ASU-Ibajay BSTM community extends its congratulations to Senatin on this achievement.

The Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management Program of Aklan State University–Ibajay Campus will hold its 𝗕𝗦𝗧𝗠 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝗢𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 on September 3, 2026.

This program-wide orientation will provide students with essential information about the BSTM program, including program policies, academic expectations, student support services, opportunities and engagement, research, extension, laboratories, uniform and decorum, and other important matters.
