ICS SNED proudly joined the Municipal Celebration of the 48th National Disability Rights Week organized by the Ibajay LGU.

The event featured a variety of services dedicated to supporting and empowering persons with disabilities, highlighting the importance of inclusion and equal opportunities.

Our SNED learners also had a wonderful time at the kiddie party, where they enjoyed free services such as haircuts, manicure, pedicure, massage, consultations, and other special treats. It was a day filled with smiles, laughter, and meaningful experiences for our children.

Thank you to the Ibajay LGU and everyone who made this celebration memorable.

Socialization Friday: Nutrition Month Celebration! 🥕💚

As part of our Socialization Friday activities, our learners at ICS SNED celebrated Nutrition Month through the fun and engaging game "Mary Went to the Market!" 🛒✨

With the loving guidance and assistance of their parents, our children identified healthy foods that are nutritious and worth buying. This interactive activity helped reinforce the importance of making healthy food choices while creating meaningful opportunities for parents and children to learn, play, and bond together.

It was heartwarming to see our learners actively participating, building confidence, strengthening their social skills, and enjoying quality time with their families.

Moments like these remind us that learning is most meaningful when shared with the people who support our children's growth every step of the way.

Celebrating Inclusion, Creativity, and Togetherness!

This morning, our ICS SNED learners joyfully celebrated the 48th National Disability Rights Week through a meaningful shared program filled with smiles, participation, and friendship.

One of the highlights of the celebration was our learners decorating and making their own cupcakes, showcasing their creativity while building confidence and having fun. 🧁✨ Everyone also enjoyed sharing a meal together, making the occasion even more special as we celebrated the spirit of inclusion and community.

Today's activity reminds us that every learner has unique abilities, talents, and dreams that deserve to be recognized and celebrated. Together, we continue to promote a school community where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered.

Yeeeeey! It’s our socialization Friday! 🙌🏼

This morning, our ICS-SNED learners had a wonderful time playing and interacting with one another during our socialization Friday activities. 💙

From the Choo Choo Train🚂 to Hula Hoop and Ball Passing 🏀, our learners enjoyed fun-filled games that encouraged teamwork, communication, sharing, and friendship. These activities help develop their social skills while building confidence and creating meaningful connections with their fellow SNEDmates.

Seeing their smiles, laughter, and participation reminds us that learning happens best in a joyful and inclusive environment.

Together, we continue to learn, play, and grow! 💙✨

Yesterday, March 26, 2026, marked a meaningful and inspiring day for the ICS Special Needs Education Center as we successfully held our Recognition Program.

We were honored to have Mr. Sheldon S. Garcia, PTRP, as our guest speaker, who shared valuable insights and words of encouragement that truly inspired our learners, parents, and educators.

The event was also graced by the presence of Ma’am Idy Pedrita, Public Schools District Supervisor for Ibajay East and West District, and our very own Principal, Ma’am Gracia Celeste Samson, whose unwavering support continues to uplift our school community.

This celebration recognized not only the achievements of our learners but also the dedication, resilience, and progress they have shown throughout the year. Each milestone reached is a testament to the collaborative effort of teachers, parents, and stakeholders who work hand in hand to nurture every child’s potential.
