Dear Parents, Guardians, and Students,
Please be informed that, pursuant to Office of the President Memorandum Circular No. 129, alternative learning modes for classes and learning continuity measures in all levels of public and private schools shall be implemented in Batangas on August 19, 2026 (Wednesday) due to the continued heavy rainfall associated with the enhanced Southwest Monsoon (Habagat), which may cause flooding and travel hazards.
In compliance with this directive, St. Jude Science and Technological School of Ibaan, Inc. (SJSTS) will suspend face-to-face classes and implement alternative learning modalities for all grade levels.
Asynchronous or online classes may be conducted, provided that weather conditions, power supply, and internet connectivity permit. Students and parents/guardians are advised to wait for further instructions from their respective teachers regarding the learning activities and schedule for the day.
Teachers are reminded to exercise flexibility, compassion, and consideration toward students who may be affected by power interruptions, poor internet connectivity, flooding, or other weather-related circumstances.
The safety and well-being of our students, teachers, and personnel remain our top priority.
