In the wake of the recent onslaught of the ๐ฏ๐๐๐๐๐๐ (Southwest Monsoon), some of our fellow College of Arts and Sciences students have been severely affected, facing significant difficulties and losses brought by the continuous heavy rains and flooding.
Last week, the ๐ท๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐บ๐๐๐๐๐๐ and ๐ฉ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ด๐๐๐๐๐ ๐บ๐๐๐๐๐๐ conducted an assessment to identify students who were affected by the recent onslaught of the Habagat. Through this initiative, we learned that many of our fellow CASians are facing serious challenges as they cope with the extensive damage and losses caused by the heavy rains and flooding.

๐ ๐ถ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐, ๐ฉ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ด๐๐๐๐๐ ๐บ๐๐๐๐๐๐, ๐๐๐
๐ท๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐บ๐๐๐๐๐๐ are launching a ๐ฟ๐ค๐ฃ๐๐ฉ๐๐ค๐ฃ ๐ฟ๐ง๐๐ซ๐ ๐๐ฃ๐๐ฉ๐๐๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ to extend support to CASians who are most in need during this challenging time. 100% of the donations collected will be allocated to CAS students who were severely affected, providing assistance as they begin to recover, rebuild, and move forward.
This is more than just a donationโit is a reminder that no CASian has to face difficult times alone. Let us come together as one CAS community and turn our compassion into action. Every contribution, no matter how big or small, can make a difference. ๐๐ค
