FAREWELL SCOUTING FRIEND

The Boy Scouts of the Philippines has lost another hero. Mr. William Chavez, the former Regional Scout Director of BSP- National Capital Region and BSP- Central Luzon Region (2003-2010) helped bring the BSP to glory. After his graceful retirement, he continued serving the Movement in various capacities at the local level. He was a co-worker, a friend to all, and a companion to boys and girls in their quest for righteousness. Today, he left a legacy that cannot be equaled, a name that cannot be forgotten and a work that would inspire others. So long Scouting friend, rest now and sleep. God be with you forever.
