The Office of Student Organizations proudly congratulates Mr. Marl Joshua C. Uclaray, a graduate of the Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science, for being named one of the Ten Outstanding Students of the Philippines (TOSP) Region 3 for 2026.
Mr. Uclaray named as one of the Top 20 finalists from 51 applicants across Region 3 and successfully advanced to the Top Ten following the five-day formation and screening process. The announcement and awarding ceremony were held on September 28, 2026, at the Maritime Academy of Asia and the Pacific (MAAP) in Mariveles, Bataan.
The awarding ceremony was attended by the Vice President for Academic Affairs and Services, Dr. Lilian F. Uy; Director for Student Affairs and Services, Dr. Cecilia C. Garson; and Head of Student Organizations, Dr. Daryll Jim R. Angel, who represented PRMSU during the event.
This achievement reflects the university's strong commitment to developing responsible, compassionate, and service-oriented student leaders. It also highlights the continued support of University President Dr. Roy N. Villalobos in providing opportunities that nurture student leadership, excellence, and meaningful service to the university and the community.
Mr. Uclaray is a former Supreme Student Government President of the Iba and Botolan Campuses and a former PRMSU Student Regent. His recognition as one of the Ten Outstanding Students of the Philippines Region 3 stands as a testament to his dedication to leadership, service, and the pursuit of excellence.
The PRMSU community celebrates this remarkable achievement and extends its warmest congratulations to Mr. Marl Joshua C. Uclaray.
